Fee Disputes

Fee disputes often arise between consumers and their service providers. It may be between attorneys and clients, doctors and patients, or customers and business owners. For four years, we have efficiently run the fee dispute committee for the Chattanooga Bar Association. We now offer this service to you, whether you are the potential plantiff or the potential defendant. Our panel consists of attorneys, physicians, or business owners who have no less than ten years in practice. Our hearings are confidential and affordable. Head off the lawsuit before it is too late.
